Sometimes depending on the issue we can offer advice to resolve, and are always happy to help. However if after speaking with us you would then like us to come & have a look, once we have diagnosed the problem we will let you know what the costs would be to fix (standard fee to fix plus the cost of any parts) and you can decide if you wish to go ahead with the repair.
If you decide would rather spend your money on a replacement rather than a fix, then we can use our trade discounts to offer our customers great deals on the cost of new appliances compared to the major appliances sellers. Our installation charges are generally a lot cheaper and we can be much more flexible on times so you don't have to wait in all day either.
